Liga Deportiva Alajuelense has announced the renewal of Colombian forward Jeison Lucumí’s contract for one more year. The announcement was made on January 1, following the conclusion of his previous contract on December 31, 2025.

Lucumí was identified as a key player by head coach Óscar Ramírez, who specifically requested that he remain with the team for the upcoming season. According to the club’s official statement shared on social media: “LDA informs that the attacker Jeison Lucumí renewed his contract with the club for one more year.
