Banco de Costa Rica offers special vehicle financing at Expo Autos Moto Show 2025

Banco de Costa Rica (BCR) has announced its participation in the Expo Autos Moto Show 2025, offering a range of financing options for those interested in purchasing new vehicles, including both traditional combustion and electric models. The event is being held at the Campo Ferial del Productor Generaleño from August 22 to August 25.

The bank will provide fixed interest rates for up to three years on loans in dollars and four years on loans in colones. The maximum amount available for financing is $125,000 or its equivalent in colones, with a total loan term of up to eight years. Customers can choose between two lines of credit: one for conventional vehicles and another under the Impulso Sostenible program aimed at clean energy vehicles.

According to BCR, “El plan de inversión de las opciones crediticias del BCR en Expo Autos Moto Show 2025 contempla una cuota por millón de ¢14 505, 07 (sin pólizas), financiamiento de un 90% en ambas monedas y descuento de formalización de hasta el 1%.”

Additional benefits include discounts on formalization fees for both colones and dollar applications, quick resolution times compared to the market average, and access to expert advisors at the BCR stand during the expo. For those unable to attend the event in person, applications can be made through BCR Directo online services.

“Durante la feria, el stand del BCR tendrá la presencia de ejecutivos expertos que analizarán en sitio las necesidades del cliente para adecuar a ellas las muchas facilidades que el banco ofrece,” stated BCR representatives.

The Expo Autos Moto Show 2025 runs daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with an entry fee of ¢1000 per person.
