Banco Nacional highlights Game On event for Día del Gamer

Banco Nacional, a major financial institution in Costa Rica, used its social media platform on August 31, 2025 to promote and celebrate the “Game On” event in honor of Día del Gamer.

In a post from early morning, Banco Nacional stated: ” ¡Game On ha estado épico!

Later that day, the bank reminded followers about the continuation of activities: ” ¡Game On sigue mañana! Modo pro ON. #DíadelGamer #GameOn #TomáelControl https://t.co/FhlPqBogou” (August 31, 2025).

By the afternoon, Banco Nacional emphasized the final opportunity to attend: ” ¡Último día de #GameOn!

The “Game On” event coincided with international celebrations for Día del Gamer (Gamer’s Day), an annual occasion recognized in various countries since its inception by Spanish video game magazines in 2008 to honor video gaming culture and community.

The celebration took place at Mall San Pedro in Costa Rica’s capital city and featured activities such as energy challenges, prizes for participants, and a cosplay runway show—highlighting both gaming achievements and fan creativity.
