On December 30, 2025, BancoPopularCR warned users about common tactics used by scammers: “Los estafadores usan la urgencia como estrategia. Mantenga la calma y verifique todo.” The bank advised customers to remain calm and verify information before taking action.
The following day, December 31, 2025, BancoPopularCR emphasized the importance of vigilance during financial transactions: ” No todo lo que “parece” de tu banco es seguro. Exigí que tus transacciones se hagan frente a vos y verificá el monto antes de aprobar. ¡Cuidá tu dinero! #PrevenciónDeFraude”
To close out the year, on January 1, 2026, BancoPopularCR posted a message of gratitude and commitment for the coming year: “Despedimos el año con agradecimiento y damos la bienvenida a nuevas oportunidades. Seguiremos trabajando a su lado en cada paso. ¡Feliz Año Nuevo! “
