Casa Presidencial has warned about a fake social media account impersonating First Lady Signe Zeikate. In an official statement, the office clarified that the posts made by this profile are not official and were not issued by Zeikate.
The Presidency also rejected offensive comments directed at Mexico’s president, Claudia Sheinbaum, which were shared from the false account. The office reiterated its respect for both President Sheinbaum and the Mexican people.
The statement urged citizens to rely only on the official social media accounts of the first lady for accurate information.
