Later that evening at 21:11 UTC, another message was shared regarding Dr. Arnoldo André’s farewell to staff members as his term for the period 2022-2026 came to an end. The ministry wrote: “El canciller Dr. @arnoldoandre compartió con los funcionarios un mensaje de despedida por el cierre de su administración 2022-2026.

Agradeció el compromiso y la labor realizada en favor de la política exterior de Costa Rica. “
