The film “Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle,” which adapts the “Infinity Castle” arc from the anime and manga series “Kimetsu no Yaiba,” premiered in theaters on September 11. This release marks the first installment of a planned trilogy that will conclude the story, following the announcement that there will not be a fifth season of the series. The four existing seasons remain available for streaming on Netflix.
Set after the events of previous arcs such as Mugen Train, Entertainment District, and Swordsmith Village, this new chapter follows characters Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke as they join with the Hashira during their training. The film depicts the decisive confrontation between the Demon Slayer Corps and Muzan Kibutsuji, leader of the demons.
A common question among fans attending screenings is whether “Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle” includes any post-credits scenes. According to Peruvian outlet El Comercio, there are none. Director Haruo Sotozaki and animation studio Ufotable chose to end the film directly without additional scenes after the credits.
“The ending serves as a perfect closure for this first part of the final trilogy, maintaining high tension and expectations for what will come in future installments,” reports El Comercio.
