Grupo Promerica recently marked the tenth anniversary of its Experiencias Promerica program by hosting a special event for clients at the 2025 Mexican Grand Prix. The event took place at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico, where participants had access to the racing circuit, visited team garages, and attended Sunday’s race. The weekend also included opportunities to experience local cuisine and social gatherings.

Experiencias Promerica is a customer loyalty initiative that has been running for ten years. It aims to reward clients with unique experiences while strengthening their connection to the brand. According to Grupo Promerica, the program is designed to offer activities that go beyond everyday interactions and foster genuine connections between the company and its customers.

Alejandro Ortiz, Executive Vice President of Grupo Promerica, said: “Ten years of shared stories, gratitude, and real connection with those who inspire us to keep growing. From the beginning, what motivated us was gratitude: thanking our clients for their trust, loyalty, and for choosing us every day. Every experience we design has that purpose: to recognize them, celebrate them, and make them feel part of who we are. Because in the end, being ‘En Pro de ti’ also means giving thanks, and Experiencias Promerica is our way of doing so.”

Grupo Promerica stated it remains committed to creating meaningful experiences for its clients as part of its ongoing mission.
