An adult man died after slipping into a tilapia pond, and three men were sentenced for opening fire on police officers in Limón, according to posts by La Nación on November 19, 2025. In a separate post, the outlet reported that a NASA astronaut was cleared of accusations related to an alleged crime committed from space.

La Nación first reported the death of an elderly man with the statement: “Adulto mayor muere tras resbalar en un estanque de tilapia” (November 19, 2025).

Later that day, the news outlet posted about a sentencing involving violence against law enforcement: “Tres hombres fueron sentenciados tras abrir fuego contra dos oficiales de Fuerza Pública en Limón desde una lancha, en un manglar.” (November 19, 2025).

In another update on legal matters beyond Earth, La Nación stated: “Astronauta de la NASA quedó libre de acusación por supuesto crimen cometido desde el espacio” (November 19, 2025).
