La Nación, a prominent Costa Rican newspaper, shared several updates on September 5, 2025, covering technology, entertainment, and film.

In one post, La Nación reported on a new telecommunications development: “ICE lanza fase piloto de 5G para clientes de Kölbi https://t.co/35fRHSFb6z” (September 5, 2025). The Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE) is the state-owned electricity and telecommunications provider in Costa Rica. Kölbi is ICE’s mobile service brand.

Another tweet highlighted an artistic discovery related to the late British musician David Bowie: “El secreto mejor guardado de David Bowie: Descubren un gran musical en el que trabajaba justo antes de su muerte https://t.co/K5rUkIACWl” (September 5, 2025). David Bowie was a renowned singer-songwriter and actor who passed away in January 2016.

A third post from La Nación discussed a popular horror film franchise: “‘El Conjuro 4′ revive los casos reales que inspiraron las películas más aterradoras: Conozca más https://t.co/O1M5I5NkVZ” (September 5, 2025). “El Conjuro” refers to “The Conjuring,” a series of supernatural horror films inspired by real-life paranormal investigations conducted by Ed and Lorraine Warren.

ICE has been central to the expansion of telecommunications infrastructure in Costa Rica. The launch of the pilot phase for 5G services represents a significant step for the country’s digital connectivity. David Bowie’s work has continued to influence music and culture years after his death. The ongoing popularity of “The Conjuring” films reflects public interest in stories based on purportedly true supernatural events.
