In its first post of the evening, La Nación reported: “Interpol detuvo a ruso que sustrajo a un menor en Panamá” (November 17, 2025). This tweet states that Interpol detained a Russian national accused of abducting a minor in Panama. The brief announcement highlights ongoing international cooperation in criminal investigations involving minors.

Shortly after, La Nación provided an update regarding local weather conditions: “Costa Rica tendrá un martes caluroso y seco con posibles lluvias en zonas montañosas” (November 17, 2025). According to this report, Costa Rica is expected to experience hot and dry weather on Tuesday, with the possibility of rain in mountainous areas. Such forecasts are common during transitional periods between wet and dry seasons in Central America.
