Milca Boj, a store manager at La Siciliana, represents the dedication of many employees at Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI). Her career shows how personal commitment combined with training opportunities can help people achieve their goals and improve their lives.

Boj describes her experience at CMI as being “part of a team.” She decided to apply for the manager position when it became available, calling it “a blessing for my life and that of my children.” Since then, she credits her achievements to discipline, dedication, and a strong desire to grow.

She took advantage of educational programs offered by CMI through Instituto Campero. With support from her supervisor, she enrolled in a university diploma in Restaurant Administration. She completed the program with an average score of 92 points. This training helped her develop skills needed for her current role and may allow her to pursue a regional supervisor position in the future.

Boj acknowledges that reaching goals involves challenges and sacrifices, especially as a working mother. Her main motivation has been her children. She says seeing admiration in their eyes encourages her to keep moving forward. Boj offers advice to other mothers considering further education or professional growth: “To the moms who are thinking about it, I encourage you not to think twice—find strength and be inspired by yourselves.”

Her story is seen as an example of how CMI’s support for employee development can change not only careers but also families’ futures.

Currently, CMI is led by third-generation family members Juan José Gutiérrez Mayorga as President Chairman of CMI Alimentos and Felipe Bosch Gutiérrez as President Chairman of CMI Capital. They have stated their ongoing commitment to sustainable development through investments and programs supporting entrepreneurship.
