On January 9, 2026, the Ministry posted a tweet containing a link: “https://t.co/gH2H64p2tx”. Later that day, it issued a notice directed at specific taxpayers: “A CONTRIBUYENTES DEL IMPUESTO AL VALOR AGREGADO (IVA) QUE DECLARAN EN EL RĆGIMEN GENERAL Y EN EL RĆGIMEN ESPECIAL AGROPECUARIO (CUATRIMESTRAL)

The message was aimed at VAT taxpayers who declare under the general regime or the special agricultural regime on a four-monthly basis and provided additional information via an external link.
On January 12, 2026, another post was published by the Ministry including only a link: “https://t.co/oI14SWczkA”.
