The Ministerio de Hacienda de Costa Rica has used its official social media platform to share information and resources regarding the TRIBU-CR system, an online portal for tax administration. On September 12, 2025, the ministry announced a new instructional resource with the post: “Publicamos el tutorial: ‘Cómo generar la contraseƱa en TRIBU-CR’ https://t.co/YHYRqJrrk8”.

Subsequent posts from the Ministerio de Hacienda included additional links shared on September 13 and September 15, 2025. The post on September 13 stated simply: “https://t.co/iI9pdBR61J”. Another post on September 15 read: “https://t.co/orCYE7iW5z”.

TRIBU-CR is an online platform managed by the Costa Rican Ministry of Finance for taxpayers to manage their fiscal obligations digitally. The launch of tutorials and direct links aims to facilitate user access and navigation of this digital service. The ministry’s use of social media reflects ongoing efforts by government agencies in Costa Rica to improve public communication and transparency regarding digital services.
