The Ministerio de Salud de Costa Rica has recently used its official social media channels to address mental health, sharing messages focused on resilience, support, and the importance of real-life inspiration.

The following day, on September 13, 2025, the Ministry shared another message emphasizing inner strength and diversity in mental health. The post read: “No se trata de lo que te falta, sino de lo que haces con lo que tienes.” La resiliencia se construye paso a paso, incluso en los momentos más oscuros. En Costa Rica, promovemos una salud mental que abraza la diversidad y la fortaleza interior. #SaludMental https://t.co/JkmsHlQexc.

On September 14, 2025, the Ministry highlighted stories of individuals overcoming adversity with the message: Hay quienes enfrentan desafíos que parecen imposibles. Y aun así, encuentran formas de transformar el dolor en propósito.
