The Ministerio de Salud de Costa Rica has used its official social media platform to promote messages about mental health and healthy eating habits in mid-September 2025.

On September 15, the Ministry posted, “La salud mental también se entrena La salud mental también se entrena. Respire, muévase, haga pausas activas. Su mente lo agradecerá.” The following day, a similar message was published: “La salud mental también se entrena La salud mental también se entrena. Respire, muévase, haga pausas activas. Su mente lo agradecerá.”

Additionally, on September 16, the Ministry shared advice related to nutrition: “Descubra cómo los buenos hábitos alimentarios pueden mejorar su calidad de vida y contribuir al bienestar de todos. Este es un mensaje de las Guías Alimentarias para Costa Rica. Ingresa al siguiente enlace para conocer más sobre este tema https://t.co/djZeny00vD”

Costa Rica’s Ministry of Health regularly disseminates public health information through digital platforms as part of its strategy to promote well-being and disease prevention among the population. These efforts align with national initiatives aimed at improving physical and mental health by encouraging lifestyle changes such as regular physical activity and balanced diets.
