On May 4, the Ministry posted a message urging the public to take proactive steps against mosquito-borne diseases. The tweet read: “Elimine los criaderos de su casa, de su trabajo y de su comunidad. Es la mejor manera de prevenir los mosquitos que transmiten enfermedades.” (May 4, 2026).

A day later, on May 5, the Ministry shared an important notice regarding temporary changes to its operations. The announcement stated: “Aviso Importante

La Dirección Regional de Rectoría de la Salud Central Occidente realizará un cierre temporal de sus instalaciones el próximo 07 de mayo.” (May 5, 2026).

Later that same day, the Ministry highlighted a program aimed at recognizing caregivers for vulnerable populations. The tweet explained: “CUIDAR + es una credencial que acredita a quienes se dedican al cuido de adultos mayores o personas en situación de dependencia” (May 5, 2026).
