The Ministerio de Salud de Costa Rica recently published several updates on its official Twitter account, addressing topics such as nutrition, physical activity in children, and the upcoming election for a representative to the National Council for Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation.

On November 17, 2025, the ministry emphasized the importance of healthy eating habits in a tweet: “#Lunes de Nutrición, descubra cómo los buenos hábitos alimentarios pueden mejorar su calidad de vida y contribuir al bienestar de todos. Este es un mensaje de las Guías Alimentarias para Costa Rica. https://t.co/ZDU4eEoZNo”.

The following day, November 18, 2025, the ministry promoted physical activity among children through CEN-CINAI programs by stating: “¿Sabías que cada salto, cada giro y cada juego fortalecen el cuerpo y la mente de tus hijos? CEN-CINAI te invita a moverte, explorar y disfrutar con ellos mientras potencian su equilibrio, coordinación y confianza desde los primeros años. https://t.co/1W6uq9pmBL”.

Later that same day, another post highlighted an upcoming organizational event: “El 16 de diciembre se realizará la elección del representante ante el Consejo Nacional de Donación y Trasplante de Órganos y Tejidos Humanos.
