The semifinal round of Teletica’s dance competition show “Mira quién baila” concluded with the elimination of contestant Neto Rangel. Rangel competed against Mariana Uriarte for the final spot in the show’s finale, following both contestants’ placement in the risk zone after the previous gala.

Despite energetic performances from both participants, public voting determined that Uriarte would advance to the final. According to the show’s format, eliminated contestants donate $3,000 to a social cause they represent during their participation. As a result, Rangel will make this contribution, while Uriarte continues in pursuit of the grand prize of $15,000, which will also be donated to a charitable organization.

With Rangel’s departure, six contestants have now exited this season’s competition. The previously eliminated participants are Randall “Chiqui” Brenes, Thais Alfaro, Ivonne Cerdas, Katherine Campbell and Daniel Montoya.

The finalists competing for this season’s title are Mariana Uriarte, Ítalo Marenco, Ericka Morera and Jeff-On.

“Like all participants of ‘Mira quién baila,’ Mariana Uriarte danced twice during the semifinal,” according to program coverage.
