Pollo Campero has opened a new restaurant in Usulután, El Salvador, creating 46 direct jobs as part of its ongoing expansion. The new location is situated on the Carretera del Litoral, after the Río Lempa, and aims to serve both local residents and travelers heading to nearby municipalities such as Jiquilisco and Puerto El Triunfo.

The opening marks the second Pollo Campero branch launched in 2025 and brings the total number of outlets in El Salvador to 70. The company is focusing on expanding along major highways to reach more customers across the country.

“This opening reflects the joint effort of our entire team and reaffirms our commitment to bringing the Campero flavor to more corners of El Salvador. We are proud to celebrate the second inauguration of the year, with the excellence and quality that characterize our brand,” said Paulino Portillo, Operations Manager for Pollo Campero El Salvador.

The Usulután restaurant can accommodate up to 145 guests. In addition to dine-in service, it offers delivery, drive-thru, and mobile app ordering options.

CMI-Corporación Multi Inversiones oversees Pollo Campero’s operations. The company is led by Juan José Gutiérrez Mayorga as Chairman of CMI Alimentos and Felipe Bosch Gutiérrez as Chairman of CMI Capital. They have expressed their commitment to sustainable development through continued investment and initiatives that support entrepreneurship.
