Costa Rican singer Sebas Guillem recently became emotional after receiving numerous messages and videos from his followers as part of an initiative tied to his latest music video. The artist had invited fans to send in videos and stories about loved ones who have passed away, intending to incorporate some of this material into the video for his new song “En mis sueños.”

Guillem recorded himself reacting to the submissions and shared his gratitude with fans on social media. “Never in my life have I cried so much watching the videos, photos, and testimonies you sent me for the video of ‘En mis sueños.’ I need thousands of gallons of electrolytes,” he wrote.

He explained that the volume of material was overwhelming, making it impossible to include every submission. “I apologize in advance if we can’t manage to include them all,” he added.

The process, according to Guillem, was both challenging and rewarding. “We’ve spent hours choosing and watching videos and photos… everything looks blurry,” he commented, referencing the tears he shed during selection.

In another post, Guillem reflected on what he gained from the experience. “Thank you for giving me the opportunity to know your lives and the people you love and will always love,” he concluded.

Guillem premiered “En mis sueños” at a concert held on February 26 at Costa Rica’s National Theatre.
